			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So you&#8217;ve read all the blogs, watched every network special, listened to the career pundits, coaches, counselors, authors, experts and even strangers. You&#8217;ve updated your wardrobe, customized your resume and submitted hundreds of cover letters. You&#8217;ve networked, cajoled, sidled and begged your way into interviews. But despite all these efforts, you still find yourself jobless, frustrated and at a complete loss as to why it&#8217;s not working.</p>
<p>The answer?</p>
<p>Do the opposite. Â </p>
<p>My good friend and colleague Kevin Dobbs of <a title="Montclair Advisors" href="http://www.montclairadvisors.com" target="_blank"><span  ><strong>Montclair Advisors</strong></span></a> reminded me of this classically sage advice from George Costanza.
