Great update and thanks for the kind words. We are lucky to have some great clients.

One of the things I think we will start to see over the next few years is a return to simplicity. Much of the technology here so "over built" and process heavy. The smart companies out there are the one's that are talking about what they can do in 9.1 but how they can leverage the truly innovative tools out there like Rypple and Sonar6.

Look forward to hopefully catching up while in Chicago.

Best quote from the conference so far: “This has been a very impressive event.” ~ Mark Stelzner, Cynic

I know how hard that was for you and it just makes me wish I was at HR Tech even more. :) Several tweets from different people at the conference have referenced the "positive vibe or positive attitudes" of attendees. That's great to hear and hopefully an indicator of that many companies are planning to focus on "talent" issues more in 2010 than they have the past year.

I look forward to your continued updates!

Your summary is much appreciated. With most of my day spent in vendor meetings, I had to miss some of the excellent sessions I had planned to attend, so the recap really helps. I also got a sense of motivated buyer attendees when I sat in on some of the vendor demos in the exhibit hall and listened to their questions.
