		<description>Mark, it was great to see you at the conference and to meet your two industry colleagues.  You (collectively) were bright stars in an otherwise dim sky.  

I am amazed at myself -- I go to a couple of conferences per year (2, maybe 3) and each time I decide to go I must have amnesia about the previous time...why does our industry lack fresh, exciting stuff...and when fresh exciting stuff does bubble up how come there are so few people there to appreciate it?

I can almost call out -- as you have done -- all the one-liners we&#039;ll hear, and the repetition of content/themes really try to beat our intellects into submission.

Alas I am certain that we will -- yet again -- connect at another HR-centric conference. :)</description>
